U!B meets every first and third Monday of the month, 6:30-7:30pm, at The Filling Station, 1830 24th Street, 93301
First Mondays of the month: Beginner Night
For those of you who are just learning, we will play songs that contain up to 4 chords. Given the short amount of time we have for our meetings, we won’t be giving ukulele lessons, but we’ll practice the chords and chord changes before playing the songs.
Third Mondays of the Month: Advanced Player Night
For those of you who are more comfortable with the instrument or want a challenge, we will play songs that are a little trickier. On Advanced Nights we will play songs that contain a larger number of chords and have quick chord changes.
NOTE: All are welcome to attend either night, but know that beginners might be a little lost on advanced night and advanced players might be a little bored on beginner night.
